That mindset continues to drive how we operate and develop our team.I attended LSU and am married with two kids. Outside of work, we enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing, and staying active as a family. We stay very involved in the community and take pride in giving back and staying connected locally. For our team, we offer PTO, a 401(k), health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is driven, supportive, and team-oriented.
