"I was a long time Shelby Comeaux client, had an issue with Mitches office rude and unprofessional, they made a mistake, I called and spoke to Mitch he was going to look into it and call me back, he never called so I changed agents. What’s funny you can’t just change I had to call Mitch’s office and put a request my new agent never didn’t get my account and had to call Mitch’s office back and put a second request. There are a couple of good people there that treated me well, but if the man’s name on the door won’t call you back when he says he will, I just took my money somewhere else. Since google doesn’t allow you to respond to responses I will just edit my review. Mitch we have never met and most certainly didn’t have a meeting where we agreed on anything. I called you and voiced my complaint where your office gave me the wrong information and you told me you would check on it and call me back, you never returned my call. So rather than calling you a liar, I will just hope you are mistaking me for someone else. And yes it has been months since I left your office to another State Farm Agent, and my new Agent’s office called me for a policy I have and was surprised of the service and it reminded me that I had to go to Lafayette to get service rather than staying in Crowley where I was perfectly happy before your office took over for over 20 years."
